The Hand of Snatcher is a Collectible in Integrated Strategies, introduced in Phantom & Crimson Solitaire.

Description

Charger, Pioneer, and Tactician Operators' DP Cost -12 and gain 6 additional DP after defeating an enemy[note 1]

Whatever it is you do not have, snatch it away from your enemy. There is no need to hesitate.

Effect

Reduces the DP cost of Charger, Pioneer, and Tactician Vanguards by a whopping 12 and causes them to generate a whopping 6 DP upon defeating enemies.

Since most Chargers and Pioneers have a DP cost of below 12, Hand of Snatcher allows them to be deployed for free while stronger ones like Bagpipe and Siege will only cost a measly 1 or 2 DP to deploy, which is extremely helpful to allow the rest of the Operators to be deployed rapidly. Hand of Snatcher's DP generation also stacks with the Chargers' trait and skills such as Reed's Skill-Reed1 Soul Spark and Zima's Skill-Zima1 Ursus's Roar, essentially making the ramping costs of Operators a moot point!
