Morgan is a 5★ Dreadnought Guard who specializes in DPS and awarded through the Clean People's Favorites in Episode 12 by clearing 12-17 in the Standard Environment mode with her Operator Tokens (
Morgan's Token) awarded by:
- Clearing 12-17 in the Adverse Environment mode.
- Clearing 12-20.
- Clearing H12-1.
- Clearing H12-2.
- Clearing H12-4.
As a Dreadnought Guard, Morgan has high HP and ATK, but low DEF and can only block a single enemy.
Morgan's skills improve her damage output and enhances her "helidrop" usage at the cost of her own HP:
- The first skill, Street Master, increases the damage dealt by Morgan's attacks but causes them to drain 12% of her current HP while active.
- The second skill, Fearless Parry, increases the damage dealt by Morgan's attacks from Level 2 for a period of time after she is deployed and drains 70% of her maximum HP upon deployment in exchange for giving her a Barrier that absorbs damage equal to the drained HP (Morgan's maximum HP from Level 4, a greater portion of it from Level 7) which decays over 6 seconds.
Morgan's first talent, Excited Pioneer, gives her an ATK Tenacity that reaches its strongest when her HP falls below 30%. Her second talent, Homeland Combat, makes her not counted towards the Unit Limit when deployed in Episode 12 operations.
Morgan's DRE-X Operator Module, "Heart of Steel", increases the damage she dealt when attacking enemies that are being blocked to 1.15×, in addition to increasing her maximum HP and ATK; once upgraded, Excited Pioneer's ATK Tenacity buff is increased.
Morgan's first base skill, Top-tier Sparring, increases the morale recovery provided by Siege's Leader/Lionheart to Glasgow Operators (Dagda, Indra, Morgan herself, and Siege herself) by 0.3 per hour when she is assigned to a Dormitory. Her second base skill, Clan Compass, increases order acquisition rate by 20% for every Glasgow Operator assigned to the same Trading Post as Morgan, with Siege increasing her order acquisition rate by 35% instead.
Overall, Morgan is an accessible and good Dreadnought Guard makes use of the fact that anything which does not kill her makes her stronger to beat down anyone in her way.
