Wind Chimes is a 5★ Crusher Guard who specializes in DPS. As a Crusher Guard, Wind Chimes has the ability to hit multiple enemies equal to her block count in each attack (despite what is stated in-game, Wind Chimes does not need to block the enemies for her attacks to hit them; the enemies just need to be within her attack range) like that of Centurion Guards which also extends to her DP cost, but with a much higher HP and ATK – the highest of all Guards (and Operators, in that matter) – in return for being only able to block up to two enemies as well as having a high attack interval – the highest of all Guards – and no defenses whatsoever!
Wind Chimes' skills give her ability to inflict heavy damage when given the opportunity:
- The first skill, ATK Up γ, is an advanced ATK buff.
- The second skill, Longing for Home, stops Wind Chimes for attacking for 5 seconds, during which she receives a Sanctuary buff and her ATK is buffed up to 50%. After Longing for Home expires or deactivated at the player's discretion, Wind Chimes unleashes a mighty swing that deals heavy Physical damage to enemies in her attack range and temporarily Stuns them.
Wind Chimes' talent, Mountain Traveler, buffs her maximum HP and gives her an ATK Vigor buff so long as her HP is above 50%.
Wind Chimes' base skill, Hell and High Water (Distant Letter at Elite 2), reduces the morale drain rate of Operators assigned to a Trading Post (including Wind Chimes herself) by 0.1 per hour and 0.01 (0.015 for Distant Letter) for every Worldly Plight generated by Chongyue, Dusk, Ling, Mr. Nothing, and Mulberry when she is assigned to one.
Overall, Wind Chimes is a solid Crusher Guard who ditches her defenses in favor of dishing out massive damage to enemies standing in her way once she takes time to build up her strength.
